About the project

Starting point

We recognized that while women are the backbone of the community, they often lack control over resources. Our goal was to shift the narrative from dependency to financial autonomy.

Support from local communities

To ensure success, we collaborated with local women’s groups to design the curriculum. This ensured the skills taught were culturally relevant and market-ready.

End result

Graduates have successfully launched their own small enterprises. They are now earning steady incomes, educating their children, and taking on leadership roles within their communities.
